By using imvido (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

imvido is a tool that retrieves publicly accessible media from a link you provide. It is intended for lawful personal use. We do not host a library of third-party content and we do not encourage or condone copyright infringement.

2. Acceptable use

You agree that you will only use the Service to download content that:

• is in the public domain or offered under a permissive licence (e.g. Creative Commons); or
• you are otherwise legally authorised to download.

5. Accounts & fair use

Free usage is subject to rate limits. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, automated scraping, or violation of these Terms.

6. Changes
